Up a tad this morning. May have been the slice of leftover pizza I grabbed after being out for errands. I had stuff to do & it was easy & quick. I estimated the calories since it came from a locally owned pizza place. Or it could be the generous serving of vegetable beef soup for dinner. I had seconds but I had already included that little bit more in my calorie counts. I went over a little. Anyway, no biggie.

I'm still working in weight loss mode instead of changing to maintenance. I don't really care if I lose any more but I want to maintain within a couple pounds. I'll try to eat between 1300 to 1600 most days. I weigh every morning so I can monitor how what I've eaten is affecting my weight and adjust accordingly. I realize I'll have fluctuations, so don't plan to be rigid in food choices.

I was about to be upset yesterday 😐 I went to a different Aldi location & wanted to buy more Parmesan Crisps. I couldn't find them til after I'd done a few turns thru the store. I was about ready to give up & there they were. I did buy some really tasty blueberries from the produce department. And the green beans for my soup were attractive 😊

Up and down it goes... I am not always sure why myself/ I like the daily weigh ins myself now that I am used to them. But I am still not at the point where an up no matter how small does not feel like a failure. I know that is a bit silly but well. Glad you found your Crisps.

Sincerest empathy, Sherrye, 'cause I understand. My wife spent a week in California at a retreat, which means...hmmm...ugh...how do I say this....oh, I know....when the cat's away, the mice will play? Well 5 lbs later I'm getting closer (226lbs) to my earlier weight 225lbs. Keep the faith. Lee

Thanks for your concern, Lee....I'm only up 1 lb. from my goal 😊 Just being thoughtful about how to maintain & keep balance.
