Hmm I expected more... But 0.8 is still down. So I'll cope. :)

Aching from yesterday's exertions. And ravenous. I want to go out and grab breakfast.

Managed to avoid the porkfest I am craving. But I have had some fruit.

More "full english with extra bacon, and sausages... eith a bit more bacon on top" If I had had the loss that I half expected (due to a senna induced "Incident" last night). Then I might have given myself permission to indulge... Now this week I have dinner out tomorrow, and Wednesday is the Meatloaf gig for my sister's Birthday, so another night out then too!

Maybe your muscles are retaining more water because you are sore. But I agree with jonnybadback, a loss is a loss!
