The high-protein is working well for me, I guess! Slowly but surely. I am truly motivated, I think, with the success of the this program I am on. March I will stick to it better now that I am getting the hang of it.
Shopping and food prep is obviously the best way to go, for me.
155.9 lb Lost so far: 27.1 lb.    Still to go: 14.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
