This morning I weighed a smidge under 146. My yo-yo weight is really annoying! In other news, my hubby had to go back on Metformin, which is making him nauseous. I worry about him. I'm considering trying this 8fit app I've heard about on YouTube. It gives you meal plans, shopping lists, and workouts. I don't really think I need the workouts, but the other two are intriguing. If they have a plan for diabetics, I might go for it. Plus, you know how lousy I am at tracking on weekends, LOL! Yeah, need to work on that.... If anyone has tried 8fit, I'd be interested in hearing what you think.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
