Up a smidge. I don't usually crave salt, but yesterday I was sprinkling it all over the place. Maybe my body was telling me it needed it, but Lord knows, it's been wrong before!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 21 September 2010:
1294 kcal Fat: 56.24g | Prot: 63.75g | Carb: 148.41g.   Breakfast: whole foods granola, raisin, peach, oatmeal. Lunch: lite coconut milk, chicken broth, olive oil, baby bella mushrooms, broccoli, chicken breast tenderloin. Dinner: sweet potato, vinaigrette dressing, lettuce, tomato, organic ground beef. Snacks/Other: Extra Dark Chocolate 85% Cocoa, bacon, gorgonzola crumbles, cantaloupe. more...

A smidge one way or the other doesn't count. :P

It's probably because of the heat. Your body uses more salt when it's hot.
