Lost .1 lb! I'm actually really happy about this because I was certain I didn't lose any, I thought I had gained actually. I just need to stick with the plan and get in more walks and drink more water. Never thought that drinking more water would be so hard!
289.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 89.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I had a hard time in the beginning drinking water, but then I bought a water bottle that holds about 2.5 cups of water and it doesn't seem so hard anymore. If you are having issues with it try adding lemon or cucumber or fresh strawberrys to it and give it a little flavour.
