I think I’ve lost the water weight now! I’ve stayed here for a few days now.

I gained 4# between scans and 1.5# was muscle. Since then I’ve gained 1.5# and I’m hoping it’s mostly muscle. I’ve cut out most of my snickers like she said and have been watching my diet more. I have been having candy but small amounts. Also eating Girl Scout cookies occasionally but they are 150 kcal for two. I’ve been eating mote meat at meals. :)
126.2 lb Lost so far: 34.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
