1237 kcal Fat: 28.26g | Prot: 48.67g | Carb: 215.39g.   Breakfast: international coffee french vanilla, Light & Fit Yogurt - Cherry Vanilla, margarine non fat, preserves strawberry smuckers,  waffles nutrigrain eggo. Lunch: crackers, hellmanns mayo light, celery, egg, brownberry bread 12 grain, Tuna in Water (Canned), campbells soup. Dinner: brownberry bread 12 grain, apple, soup vegetable home. Snacks/Other: pizza lean cusine, grapes, grapes. more...
losing 4.1 lb a week
