Goal for Friday is 4lbs. I'll do it, so help me! I realize it's AME, but nothing... 4 lbs! Deep breath and moving on.
263.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
