oh man did i do alot of research yesterday and long and behold i've been having alot of hidden sugars.. so i'm reading the labels extra carefully now and i'm making sure that there are not hidden carbs or sugars..lost another pound though... but i've been keeping up with my exercise.. i've worked out everyday this week.. and Guys i'm almost under the 200 mark.. YEAH..
201.6 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 61.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.8 lb a week

With your new found knowledge just think how that weight will drop off. Its good to find out what you as an individual can and cant have. Some folks can get away with murder on atkins and some cant stray much without stalling or gaining. I am one of the latter unfortunately so I have to try and be pretty strict to lose weight. Find out what works for you. Keep up the good work.
