Ended fast at 70 hours. It felt cleansing, brought my blood pressure down and I lost a few pounds. Now on to daily time restricted keto eating.
223.4 lb Lost so far: 56.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 12.6 lb a week
