Wow! 11 days, increasing the fast duration, go for it.

@rgaDawg - Thanks! Consuming over 1k a day of Protein shakes in heavy cream is wayyy easier than a 'real pure water fast'. What @jimmiepop is doing (water fasting) makes me look like a total slacker 😜
