Flying up to Edinburgh tomorrow evening to see my little girl and her new house. So excited!!!!!!!!!!!!

148.8 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb. Still to go: 5.5 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.1 lb a week
