Starting over again.

Plan is to start with going to bed by 10:00 PM and getting up at 5:00 AM this week so I don't snack at night or drink empty calories.

Will be eating a light breakfast this week, soup or tuna wraps for lunch, and a regular dinner using portion control, and a healthy snack prior to 8:00 PM.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
