Met calorie goal.

Bike 30 minutes.

Rosary and stretches to come.

Been a little sore, probably from my time away from the bike last week. It will just take a little time to get back to where I was before.

Clairsheart, I feel you. My mind wants to do more, but my hip doesn't. My problem is walking. 1/4 a mile and my limp is so bad I want to use my cane! We just do what we can to stay in shape! ❤👍
