Afraid to weigh in yesterday after a party, but threw in 1 hour on the treadmill and weighed in today. Happy!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week

that's a good way to do it if you are going to! I weigh every morning when I'm lightest.
