I stayed within my calories but some food choices were not good. Over ate Fats & Carbs. Under ate protein. I must do better to achieve 15lbs by Thanksgiving.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
