Happy Valentine's Day All!!! Hope y'all manage well today!!! I will be enjoying lunch out with my daughter and dinner out with my husband. Followed by family birthday dinner with family on Sunday. It's my birthday so will enjoy responsibility and looking forward to leftovers!!!
144.5 lb Lost so far: 30.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
