Gentle trending down on fat, up on muscle from November. All good.

MUSCLE MASS 91.0lb
161.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Scale does it for me. I just cut and paste for me.

You are doing good! Take it from someone that did a 5lb blip in the last week. Your muscle has increased.Your pants are loose. I always found after a workout my body gained a couple of pounds- I think it was the fright of been put to such a hard task.Your amazing daily stats impress me. I love the foods you choose. Do you ever IF? That's what helped me this week.
