Herbie's Journal, 08 October 2008

I'm doing well, staying at my current weight and getting in at least a little bit of exercise each day. At this point it's been over a year since my big weight loss push and I feel pretty comfortable with where I am. Some time ago I moved my 'goal' weight down five pounds (to 125) and it seems possible that I can get there if I kick it into high gear again. Right now, though, I'm good with where I am. Hope everyone is keeping your head above water in this financially tight time! I'm looking forward to checking in with my buddies to see how you're doing.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So nice to see you again! I hear ya on wanting to get more of a cushion on the goal weight. I'm working on that again. I know you can do whatever you set your mind to!

THat is so great! Keeping it off if the hardest part to me. Until you truly accept your eating style as a way of life, and not a diet. I am still working on that. I am tired of the yo-yo dieting. I don't want to feel like i am dieting my whole life. I want to eat right! Good to see you Herbie!
