FullaBella's Journal, 10 February 2020

Well, up & down 1-2lbs since last weight posted 'here' - I weigh every day but the numbers are recorded on my scale app. I'm good with this.

I was thinking about my previous journal. Thank you all AGAIN for your kind words and support.

Anyway - it reminded me of a dear friend from years ago who shared, "We only rent these bodies for a while. They don't define us."

Of course, my smart @ss remark was 'I doubt I'll ever get the deposit back on mine.'

Anyway - what's for lunch??

Oh - I had a thought about THAT too. I'm fortunate to live alone in that no one else is around insisting that we eat 'on schedule'. It took a while for me to stop thinking of eating by a 'clock'. Instead, I try to follow my body signals and clues of when to eat.

Of course, anytime any one of you fabulous Chefs with the amazing photo posting of foods wants to move in and cook for me? Well, that'd be good too.
I'm just sayin'.

Bye for now!

I had 2 pieces of pizza.....locally grown (label), organic (label), non-GMO(for those who need that sort of label), etc...truth be told...the water for the dough was local and the rest was probably shipped in from Moose Lodge Montana....I still ate if since I needed some fuel....

I bought mandarin orange chicken at the grocery store in the area that has Chinese take out. BUT, no fried rice! I justify it because of the protein.

Thanks everyone. I was THISCLOSE to going out for pizza w/my grandson... we were even discussing who he thought had the best 'thin & crispy' crust. But just about time to go.. we got a HUGE thunderstorm with thunder & lightening.

Was it a sign or merely coincidence? I dunno. Regardless, we didn't go. He went home and I had rotisserie chicken w/roasting vegetables (frozen) pan sauteed in butter with Gouda cheese. Filling & good.

It's still raining today though. This usually only happens when I wear suede boots. Hmmm. I'm thinking those MidWest Farmers may want to fly me in during their droughts & let me do my pizza dance wearing suede boots.

I like those tuna creations. Pricey but quick & convenient. My current fav is the deli style tuna salad.

The only way I could wear a 10" stiletto is with at least a 7" platform. But then, it'd be a short dance as I'd break an ankle on the first step.
