Weight Watchers is a much more do-able program for me! In the 2-weeks that I have been following the program, I have actually lost 3 pounds! I have eaten anything I wanted in moderation and went beyond my points range a few times, but still I lost the weight. Walking is the big help. . . making that effort to keep it up!
273.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 73.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week

I'm glad you like it! I love Weight Watchers...I think it's probably the easiest diet anyone could do.
