I fear I may disapear soon :O....Had a wedding this weekend with some old friends and got a ton of compliments...motivation be thy name!!

283.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.8 lb a week
