No change...but I've been bad over the past week. Too much food! So I'm expecting a gain...but back at work now, so no going out for dinner & lunch dates...hard to stay on track when you eat out & have fresh baking in the house!

Keep going at it, Wayne. You can do it. Take a look at your general progress. You've done so much and gotten so far. What is stopping you from moving further? The answer is not food and cookies. It's deeper. What is REALLY stopping you? Are you simply lacking motivation? Are you stressing out? Are you bored? Find the reason you aren't doing it, see if you can fix it, and things will be MUCH easier. :)

You're right...I have some relationship stress that has me not so worried about my diet, and having to put our dog down didn't help either...but the biggie is the relationship...but that will get resolved one way or another, I just have to stay focussed on being healthy. For me, the priority is the relationship, then career, then health...yes, I know, health should come first...but that's not how I'm feeling about things right now. Life is quite the rollercoaster ride! I thought we were through our issues, but they resurfaced again last week...so stress for me is high right now, but I'll deal with it.
