The scale is cruel! A coworker stopped me today and asked if I was losing weight. I said I was on keto but haven't lost much yet. She said she could tell I was slimmer already. It made my day. Cause I def. can't tell...
314.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 119.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
