Day 3 of a planned 5 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting

No changes, I stuck to the diet.
However, I did drink some salty miso soup.

178.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
