MAD AT MYSELF!!! Haven't exercised in 4 days. Told myself I was going to get back on it yesterday, but I was just so cold and cuddled up in bed with 2 doggies got the best of me. I also had a bigger dinner last night of spaghetti, and garlic bread and a left over brownie from Superbowl! I was in a happy place!!! LOL!!! Need to get my butt back on track and I wanted to up all of my exercise a little this month!!! NO EXCUSES TODAY DEBBIE!!!!
134.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
