Week #3 of my cut: Average daily calories for the week was 1994. Not the 1600 it was suppose to be. Still a small loss though 👍 I guess I’m just not in the mood to diet 😪 I’m going to maintain for a couple more weeks and then try cutting again. I’m extremely busy this week. I haven’t had the time to go to the gym yet. Probably will only make it twice this week.
161.4 lb Lost so far: 47.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1407 kcal Fat: 35.39g | Prot: 99.07g | Carb: 171.03g.   Breakfast: Jiffy Cornbread, Great Value Greek Vanilla Yogurt , Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (8 oz), Blueberries . Lunch: Taco Bueno Pico de Gallo, Guacamole, Tortilla Corn Chips, Sodexo Grilled Fish Tacos , Lowfat Frankfurter or Hot Dog. Dinner: Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate with Raspberry Filling (1), Jiffy Corn Muffin (Prepared), Campbell's Chunky Sirloin Burger with Country Vegetables Soup. Snacks/Other: Publix Chocolate Chip Cookie-Bakery, Isopure Creamy Vanilla . more...
