Madness Monday morning weigh-in, today's workout was lackluster to say the least, although I did make a few small gains. Overall I'm happy with the weight loss but was a tad concerned when I struggled through my exercises that I might have jettisoned some muscle, which still wouldn't surprise me if I did.
162.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week
