Hello FatSecret friends! I hope you had a wonderful SuperBowl Sunday. I somehow got away with a few beers, and light dinner. I’m very happy I have made my plateau weight fairly quickly. The most difficult faces me now. I’m trying to motivate myself for the gym, at this ripe old age. My left knee is a bit sore, but much better from last two days. You all have a great, and prosperous week.
