Day 1 of a planned 5 days of mostly โ€˜no solid foodโ€™ fasting

I actually made it to the ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿพโ€โ™‚โ€ gym yesterday and ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿพโ€โ™‚โ€ ran. I did a 5 mile run after my weight lifting workout at the gym. After mile 4 my body-gave-out and I had to walk most of the way on the last mile ๐Ÿ˜† I spent the rest of the day watching TV and eating carbs.

The only thing that motivated me to do this was that I wanted to eat-whatever-I-wanted on Sunday (read: โ€˜carb upโ€™) and massive exercise is the only way I can eat โ€˜refined sugarsโ€™ (carbs from fruit would not be a problem), and not gain massive weight.

The goal this week is the usual 5 day 'no solid food fast' ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ Hoping for a 2 pound โ€˜net lossโ€™ this week. A few weeks of this and I may actually hit the 160s on the scale.

The last time I did that wasโ€ฆ let me look... October 2019! ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿพโ€โ™‚โ€

You can do it Adef๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ well done one your 5mile run. I havenโ€™t ran in ๐Ÿค” over 10years lol unfortunately where I live I canโ€™t run outside. Not safe. Hoping to join a gym when my youngest is a little older.
