was really surprised to see my weight down today, but will take it...lol...been tryin to keep a closer track of my salt and fat intake...
285.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 05 October 2008:
412 kcal Fat: 7.89g | Prot: 45.34g | Carb: 39.44g.   Breakfast: cheerios, water, banana. Lunch: 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Chunk Light Tuna in Water (50% Less Sodium), wylwood mixed veggies -- no salt added. Dinner: 1/2 kraft mayo, 1/2 water, one of my home grown tomato, chicken breast, water, lettuce. Snacks/Other: turkey breast lunch meat, Gela Delight gelatin dessert(jello). more...
