Forgot to weigh in probably on purpose since bad on the weekend and undid all the hard work I struggled with the previous week. I was bad last night so not a great start for this week.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hey you thanks for the compliments, i got my work out in but my eats were not the greatest...too much sugar, sugar! today is a new day lets make this one count...raining down south, its looking pretty grey in e-town..
