Weight is slowly but surely creeping up. Felt extremely tired yesterday from getting up around 3:30am. I had to take a couple of cat naps, but I was still irritable and tired, so I made Mr C do all the pet chores last night for a change. Trying to talk myself into going to zumba today. Usually I can't wait, but still tired and cranky today.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
