Yesterday was the day from hell. I’m just glad I ate under 2000 calories yesterday and I’m off work today!! Cleaning and organizing now, laundry and meal prep later and I gotta find time to go to the gym!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
