I feel like I am doing okay. I eat when I am hungry. I guess I might eat a little too much when we eat out. I get hungry so fast now. I guess I will try to split my meals up. This morning I had a bagel sandwich. I cut it in half and ate 1 half for breakfast and ate the other half for a snack around 9am. Now I am about to eat lunch. Yeah!
112.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
