DAY TWO OR THREE CAN'T REMEMBER AT THIS POINT. WORKED OUT WITH A TRAINER TODAY AND HE ALMOST KILLED ME. I AM TIRED AND ABOUT TO POP A B12.
233.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 73.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
