There it is, that low weekend weight again! Hope it starts being a daily trend. I think the lowest I have seen in the past year of focusing on my diet is the odd 159.8 lbs or so. I am so dying to see a 158 or better yet 155. To get myself into the 150's consistently would be such an achievement. I has been so frustrating for the past few months to keep going btwn 159-165. Really hope it starts to move in the right direction soon.
160.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
