Super excited about weight loss this week. What am I doing differently from last month- semi following cleansing program in Fat Flush basically using lemon juice, cranberry, and apple cider vinegar first thing in the morning and at night after my dinner -OMAD. Maybe listening to my body better- it dictates when to eat. Some days I have a lunch- most days not. I therefor have not been doing 24 fasting. My spouse has been out of town- so I create my own dinners- last night it was smoked salmon with broccoli and cheese sauce (no flour). Regarding activity- increased xcounty skiing and have taken up kundalini yoga (Which really works on core and moving stuck energy in the body). Maintaining swimming- 3 times a week. In fact it is time to go now. Have a great weekend everyone!
