Super excited about weight loss this week. What am I doing differently from last month- semi following cleansing program in Fat Flush basically using lemon juice, cranberry, and apple cider vinegar first thing in the morning and at night after my dinner -OMAD. Maybe listening to my body better- it dictates when to eat. Some days I have a lunch- most days not. I therefor have not been doing 24 fasting. My spouse has been out of town- so I create my own dinners- last night it was smoked salmon with broccoli and cheese sauce (no flour). Regarding activity- increased xcounty skiing and have taken up kundalini yoga
(Which really works on core and moving stuck energy in the body). Maintaining swimming- 3 times a week. In fact it is time to go now. Have a great weekend everyone!
157.6 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing do very well as you leave those 160s behind. Good for you. The activity is varied and fun. Sounds like you are refining your plan and it is working for you.
