I have just finished my first week on Weight-Watchers -- about my fifth go with them! Anyway, I'm pleased that I had a good loss, although on this forum it looks like a gain.

After two years of various forms of intermittent fasting, I really feared that reverting to three meals a day, and eating FRUIT, I would gain. So I'm thrilled that WW seems to suit me. I can hardly believe it. Here's hoping I can continue losing a little each week. Then I won't be too ashamed to show my face in here and log my weight!
266.3 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 123.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love WW.. It helped me alot when I first started to diet seriously.. Kept the weight off for 15 years. Taught me portion control and eating healthy..

Thank you peeps. Well I had a gain the second week, and although I'm sticking to my points allowance I don't seem to be losing this week either. It's a bit demoralizing. I thought all that fasting I did would have cleaned all the fat out of my liver and made me healthy enough to burn up some flab! Still, I've committed to six months and don't want to abandon ship this early on. Porridge for breakfast just now felt lovely and carby too!
