I am so tired today and my headache is making me grumpy. So, I guess I'm not off to a good start.
I'm going to do my workout, no matter what it takes, this evening. I have to get back to it. I'm not moving in the right direction. I need to be going down not up or staying the same. I really want the weather to warm up because I know I will feel more motivated when the sun is shining and the temps are warmer.
My eating has been horrible too, so I need to work on cutting a few calories and making better choices with the foods I'm eating. I know I can do it, I have before, it's just so hard to get back to it.
Well, I'm going to try to do my best the rest of the week at resisting temptation and keeping up with my workout routine. It doesn't sound like the forecast calls for warmer weather for at least a couple of weeks, so I need to find something else to get me going for now. Good luck to us all!!

Yuck, snow! Right now we don't have snow, but they say we may get a little this weekend, but otherwise it's going to be cold and rainy. Sigh...

We are working on it together!!! Just keep trying every single day....or every meal if you really want to be specific. I have not written down a thing lately....getting back in the groove today - kickboxing tonight (class), and then walking on treadmill when I get home (to start my new audiobooks - The Hobbit). Want to incorporate weights/elastic bands back into my life. The fat hanging over the top of my undies makes me want to puke. Ick -whose body is that?????? Seriously, I gross me out. At least this time the shopping experience at Coldwater Creek was better than Dress Barn. Whew! Finally got another pair of jeans - and they are stretchy - which I love (and can breathe in!) And no, I didn't opt for the 16 (even though they felt great) - I stuck with the 14s. I've worked too hard, too long to give up the goose now....will get back there again....will find definition under the blubber.
