Loving these short work weeks. Good size class last night, good walk and I made up for the slower pace by actually running around the parking lot with my dogs as a distraction for those dogs that were supposed to be staying in one position or another. I was looking at my rings and the last time I missed an exercise ring was 22 November - I think that's when I was sick. I did miss closing a move ring on 6 January by 8 calories (argh!) but when I look at the big picture stats, it's all about moving consistently. Of note in there is that I've been running at almost sprint speed more often.

One of the projects this weekend is that I'm going to break out the sewing machine and take in the waist of my jeans so they quit falling down when I walk. I've been wearing a belt and it helps, but I think It would be better to just notch it in a little bit in back. I'm almost ready to buy the next size down, but there's nothing wrong with either of these pairs and I'm not inclined to get rid of them just yet. I can also cut them into yard shorts this summer since I'm sure the ones from last year are not going to work any longer. This is the fun stuff. I did try on a couple pairs from last year I picked up on poshmark. Too big, never hemmed them, so they can go to Goodwill for someone who needs them. I also need to take in the bands on some of my bras. Going to have to look at Youtube for that, I know I've done it in the past (hack job), but I'd like to have it look nicer.

Scale is saying muscle mass and water are up slightly this morning. I thought it was the cup of spaghetti squash. That was so good. I don't think I'm going to buy regular ground beef anymore unless it's for something that needs to hold its shape and needs a higher fat content. ;)

You're doing so very well. I like to sew but have not sewn my own clothes in decades. I did grab a few pieces this morning to chop up for future quilts.

Thanks, I really enjoy altering clothes much more than sewing. It's almost more creative for me.
