another steady week :-/ gettin a bit sick of this now! a friend of mine told me to have one bad meal a week (I've heard of doing this before) as it helps to loose weight. well, I had ham egg (scrambled) and chips on Wednesday, but ive not lost anything, again!! curse words I'd like to use right now, I cant describe jus how annoyed I am at this moment in time!! I'm at a bit of a loss with what to do with myself, I want to loose weight (preferred around the tummy!!) but it's jus not happening. 8weeks now, 8 ive been good, and only 5of them have had losses!! this is my 4th weigh in with no loss, I don't want a steady weight WHY AREN'T YOU DECLINING SCALES!!
anyway, seeing as I've completed 8weeks of my goal, I've jus consumed a kit Kat chunky (hazelnut) and if I'm honest, it was disapointing, and I feel a bit sick. if I'm a steady weight again next weigh in, I'm gonna get some slimming pills to help kick my body into shifting weight!! what's the point in eating healthy and doin exercise if it's doing NOTHING for my weight?
179.0 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
