Still really tired and sleepy. I can't wait for fall to get here. It's already in the 80s with 77% humidity at 9am so Bubs and I were panting when we got home from our walk. Gross! I would love to have Seattle's fresh morning air right now.

Enjoying a breakfast of oatmeal with Whole Foods granola and stewed fresh peaches and blueberries. It's as tasty as cobbler.

Think I'll go to the farmers market today to get more local peaches, okra, and sweet potatoes. I need to add more fish to my diet too. Will stop by Walmart and see if they have any exercise videos. I need motivation.

Since my chef Mr Coco is out of town, I've been cooking more than usual and enjoying it. Here's a pic of my low-cal pizza before I popped it in the oven. I ate half and will have the rest for lunch tomorrow. First time trying to upload an image so hope this works.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Coco sounds like you have some great food plans and best of fun finding the exercise video that motivates and best suits your needs at this time! I suppose the key to enjoying exercise is to start slow and build up in strength. Amazing when the day comes that you realize you are starting to crave the exercise! I keep repeating myself a lot but the words "Your body is your gym" has really helped me find time and place for exercise in so many more places in my life. TOWANDA!!!

Thanks, Lisa! I like that saying... Your body is your gym. I was a bad girl and never made it to Walmart. I spent waaaay too much time in a DSW trying on shoes. I wonder how many calories that burned...
