Weight loss stayed the same at 1.5 pounds for the week (in spite of having gotten very well cleaned out yesterday). That's okay! It's probably because I am simultaneously praying and affirming that my skin will shrink beautifully and be smooth and taut as I continue to lose a total of 54 pounds (219 minus 165) in just 30 weeks (December 30th through July 25th Cruise date). So far, I've lost 13-1/2 pounds in just 3 weeks, so I'm ahead of schedule, which I gladly receive!
206.5 lb Lost so far: 52.5 lb.    Still to go: 56.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

The plateau is bound to happen...though barely a plateau with the speed with which you have been losing. Your face is so pretty...don't worry about it. XOXO

Awesome! When my skin started getting loose, I bought a compression garment, which I wore to sleep. I believe it encouraged my skin to shrink along with my weight loss. After losing the first 25 lbs, I had to buy the next smaller size.
