I forgot to log my weight yesterday! I was so busy. My weight is up a bit this morning which is to be expected after the pizza and cake.


I did front squats yesterday morning. I’m pretty sore now 😅 I figured out what I was doing wrong. I was trying to hold the bar in my hands. You need to lay the bar across you collar bone and let them rest in your hands to balance it 😃
162.6 lb Lost so far: 46.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good job! Even I made it to the gym today. Only going once a week at this point.

I’ve seen guys do front squats at the gym and wondered how they could hold so much weight. The collar bone thing makes sense. Thanks for the info! Nice loss :)

No, I've not done front squats. Just the one where the bar is behind you. But I'm all into learning now that the gym in my area will be opening soon.
