2-4 lb flux around my goal weight for 1st year (2019) --daily maintenance weight in -
146.6 lb Lost so far: 98.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

ps, what's got your Bp up ? mine was too much salt. I have to keep it happy medium even on carnivore.
