basically eating what I use, plus a bit. Appropriately, I'm not losing any weight. Motivational slump. If I were giving myself advice I'd say just suck it up and follow the plan for a month to get back on track, then it will take root and stick by itself. Today's another day to try.
143.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
