Yea!! down 2 lbs so broke my stuck point wasn't too worried as I could tell I was losing some in inches. Has been a pretty good week though asthma issues flaring up turned out tree pollen is here! Doc appt for next week as I don't want to spend this summer like last not being able to breathe. Like the dance exercise dvd but have decided I need to alternate days between that and yoga. Yoga seems to help my breathing with better breathing I have more energy.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week
