Day 4 of a planned 5 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting

I was very busy yesterday. Just sticking the diet. I think I am finally back ‘in my normal grove’.

177.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
